Women and Tech Careers
Tech careers are traditionally considered a male dominion. It is true that more boys than girls are interested in technology but does this mean that women are not fit for a technical career?
Certainly not! Don’t be a slave of stereotypes – there are many women, who are fit enough for any technical career provided that they have the right education and equal opportunities. So, if you, your daughter, your niece, or any other young lady shows interest in technology, don’t tell her this is not ladylike, but encourage her to develop her skills and choose a tech career as her field for professional development.
