Soup should be one of the components of every weight loss diet. Contrary to popular belief, soup doesn’t lead to weight gain.
Of course, if you eat fat soups, which contain a lot of calories, this will not help you lose weight. But if you eat light soups, for instance vegetable soups, you won’t feel hungry, yet you will lose weight.
