Foods that Lower High Blood Pressure

High blood pressure is a problem for many people worldwide. While in many cases you do need to take pills in order to prevent more serious health damage, there are many foods that help to lower one’s blood pressure.
Some of these natural ways to lower high blood pressure include: garlic (take 2 or 3 cloves a day), lemon, grapefruit (more useful for preventing it, though), Indian gooseberry, watermelon, parsley, fruit and vegetable juices (especially carrot and spinach juices). Rice and potatoes are also good provided that you don’t eat them with fat meat or a lot of salt. But if you continue to intake a lot of salt, fat, cholesterol, coffee, tea or alcohol beverages or get angry pretty easily, even these foods will not help you to lower your blood pressure.
